2001: FIRST 4 & 5 AXIS PROFILE PROCESSING PROTOTYPES
Mubea Systems starts with the development and production of prototypes of 4 and 5 axis profile processing machining centers complete with integrated CNC clamping and application driven software solutions.
2001- 2009: COMMERCIALISATION AUL-FLEX, PROFILE-FLEX, MULTI-FLEX
Commercialisation of Mubea's different types of 4 and 5 axis machining centers (Alu-Flex, Profile-Flex and Multi-Flex).
2009-2010: DIMENSIONS LONGER THEN 30M FOR TRAIN AND AIRCRAFT INDUSRTY
Mubea Systems proudly offers single and double head 5 axis machining centers with dimensions longer then 30m specifically for the high speed train and aircraft industry, machining heavy duty aluminum profiles and panels throughout the world.
2011: START PRODUCTION OF 60M LONG MEGA-FLEX
Mubea Systems starts with a production of machining centers up to 60 m long with single and double head with double X-axis and total clamping system for profile and panel machining. Mubea Systems develops its own 3D software: Pyramid Software.
2013: START DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH SPEED MACHING CENTERS FOR SOLID
Mubea Systems starts with developing high gantry machining centers up to 30 m length for solid machining. Mubea Systems installs his first Mega-Flex: a 30 m long machining center with 3.5 m working zone. For the first time Mubea Systems combines their vertical clamping system with their double X-axis: a patented system by Mubea.
2015: FIRST HIGH SPEED MEGA-FLEX FOR XI'AN AIRCRAFT INSTALLED
Mubea Systems installs his first Mega-Flex High Speed machining center for XIAN AIRCRAFT, the biggest aircraft manufacturer and developer of large and medium-sized airplanes in China.
