Sjoelund, specialised in bending aluminium extrusions, has invested in a Mubea Multi-Flex profile machining center. After bending and heating the aluminium profile, the Multi-Flex measures and machines the bended profiles. From small standard extrusions to extrusions for windows and facades as well as the most complex profile cross-sections for use in buses and trains.

Mubea Systems has been assembling the 7th and 8th set of 5-axes CNC Aluminium machining centers for the Chinese Zhongwang Group, known as the second largest industrial aluminium extrusion product developer and manufacturer in the world (the largest one in Asia) .

Investments in renewable, lighter highspeed trains are growing in China. In conversation with Mubea Systems CEO Frank Havegeer, we ask: Are these investments also the future for the profile machining centers of Mubea Systems?

In our business, we often search together with the customer to find the perfect solution: a machining center tailor-made for machining specific aluminium pieces. Today, the Sapa Group has 9 Mubea machining centers installed worldwide: the result of a collaboration that started on a small scale, but now has international ambitions.

On the 24th of January The Haco Group has held a Global Dealer Day for the HACO internal sales companies, introducing 3 new top level products. A lot of HACO people and the international press attended the event held in the production halls of HACO Mubea Systeme in Brüggen Bracht (Germany).

Mubea Systeme Gmbh can look back on the past year with pride. As a German company that started out a local supplier, we have definitely earned our place in the international market. Our success may be drawn from the fact that we are just that: a German company. Our machining centers are manufactured in Germany and Belgium, which allows for strict quality control and easy access to state-of-the-art technology.

Till saturday(21/9) Haco Mubea Systeme is participating in the EMO 2013 show in Hannover with the aim to show the machining world that Mubea Systeme has uniquely customized 5-axis machining centers. "Haco is famous for their sheet metalworking solutions, but we offer so much more today. The sky is the limit", says Ralf Ralf Düsterhus (Haco Mubea Systeme Germany).

Mubea Systeme, an enterprise with family ties to the international Haco Group, started off as a local supplier of woodworking machinery. Today, the German-based company employs 50 people and has become a renowned global player.
